Sky is a Horn Book Fanfare Best Book of 2010, a BCCB Best Book of 2010, a Bank Street Outstanding Book of 2010, an Association of Booksellers for Children New Voices Pick for outstanding 2010 debuts, a Chicago Public Library Best of the Best Books of 2010, on the Pennsylvania Young Readers Choice Award Master List and selected for the 2011 International Reading Association Young Adult Choices List!

Publishers Weekly named The Sky Is Everywhere one of five Flying Start debuts

The Sky Is Everywhere is on the longlist for the Carnegie Medal in the UK and the shortlist for the Prix des Sorcieres in France!

Sky has been shorlisted for the Australian 2010 Silver Inky Award, Australia’s only teen choice book award. I’m honored to be in such amazing company. The shortlist: Going Bovine by Libba Bray, Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater, Will Grayson, Will Grayson by David Levithan & John Green, and Sky!

Sky called Über mir der Himmel in German has been shortlisted for the 2010 Leserpreis Award.

Sky is also a Junior Library Guild selection, a YALSA Best Fiction for Young Adults title for 2011, and was #3 on the Indie Next List for spring 2010 http://news.bookweb.org/features/7307.html!

And Sky is on the 2011 TLA Tayshas Reading List!
